Back to Arkham

When I saw this shirt, I thought really hard about buying it. It was inexpensive but I wanted a dark gray Batman shirt, not a navy blue one. In the end I ended up getting it and I am mighty glad I did. Kyle shot this a couple of weeks ago and he helped me with the title and quote of this particular post (thank you :D).

The last time I read a Batman comic was in January, if I'm not mistaken. I kind of miss it. It was a light and easy read especially compared to the book I'm reading now. I'm currently reading The Wise Man's Fear by Patrick Rothfuss. The story is actually pretty interesting and I do want to read more of it. It is just so long. It has 994 pages and 152 chapters. Also, I must mention that this book is quite big and has a tiny font, haha. It is all words. It's a challenge, but I am totally up for it! Maybe I find it challenging because I skipped the first book (there are a lot of terms and concepts I'm trying to remember). No available copy here in the Philippines and I was so curious about this ginormous book that I decided to buy it anyway, haha. Since I'm still in the early part of the book, I'm hoping I'll understand everything, enjoy it and finish it soon. There are so many other books I want to read too and I must make time for those before classes start again.

I know that in the beginning of the year I was always writing about reading. I guess once school started I had other things to write about, haha. I've read many other books besides the ones I've posted and I am still following my goal of finishing at least 2 books a month.

Are you tired of reading about my reading (haha, corny, I know)? I hope you aren't but if you are, you'll be happy because we're now going onto my outfit. I'm wearing a Batman shirt from SM, glasses from Nava, denim shorts, star-printed socks and wedges from Parisian. I thought the socks would be a good accent. Fine. Who am I kidding? I'm sure you've all noticed I use every chance I get to pair socks with heels, haha. I honestly don't think I'll ever tire of doing that, but if I do it definitely won't be anytime soon.
