A Rose of Remembrance

Today was an interesting day. I spent the whole morning at the LTO and now have my driver's license, haha! Dad waited with me and we probably looked funny compared to everyone else. Father and daughter sitting beside each other and not talking. Well, that was because we were both reading. I was reading The Wise Man's Fear and I am so close to finishing it! I must say I am proud of myself, haha! Is it weird that I'm more excited about the book than being able to drive already? Maybe it is, but the story is perfection. When I have the luxury of time, I will read it again. For now though, I must focus on other things-- including finding the first book of that particular series by Patrick Rothfuss. Haha, yes. Books again! :]

Did you notice anything different in the photo above? I normally watermark my photos with sprinklethepixiedust but Kyle has a logo now! You'll be seeing this on all his photographs from now on. It is simple and unique and was created by the awesome Niro Donato! :] Great job, Niro!! The logo is pretty easy to see and I'm sure you guys won't miss it. :] Doing that was a challenge for me, as I'd rather have it as subtle as can be-- meaning hardly noticeable. But these are Kyle's photos after all, haha.

Hype on lookbook and chictopia! :]

I'm wearing:

Fringe Vest-thrifted

P.S.

I'm not sure if you've noticed but I just added a new widget to my blog. My cousin, Jacqui, is currently raising funds to help stop all types of blood cancers from taking more lives. When you click the widget, it links you to her fundraising page where you can donate any amount you wish to donate. She is doing an admirable and inspiring thing so let's all show her our support, yeah? :]

In case you didn't see the widget, here's a picture of what it looks like on my blog. :] Just click it to learn more about the cause.
